A window into Greece through pottery, at MAEF

The Archaeological Museum of Ibiza and Formentera (MAEF) is offering a course on Greek ceramics between the 22nd and 25th of this month

The Associació del Museu Arqueològic d’Ibiza i Formentera (Association of the Archaeological Museum of Ibiza and Formentera), as part of the MAEF Classrooms programme, is offering the free course ‘La ceràmica grega: imatges per a la vida quotidiana’ (Greek ceramics: images for everyday life), where iconography will be discussed for the first time at the museum as a source of information for learning about ancient societies, in this case the Greek world.

The course, which will be held between the 22nd and 25th of this month in the conference room of the Museu Monogràfic de Puig des Molins, with classes imparted by Ana Mezquida Orti and Helena Jiménez Barrero, technicians in Archives, Libraries and Museums and Conservation and Restoration, respectively, at the MAEF.
