Sant Antoni plans to expand its electric vehicle charging network by installing 13 new charging points, targeting key locations within the municipality. Currently, there are five public stations connected to the Melib network. The City Council has submitted a project for 11 of these new points, seeking funding from the Sustainable Tourism Tax for 2024-2025, with a budget of €229,174 and a seven-month completion period. Ten of the new stations will offer semi-fast charging, while a fast charging point is planned for the bus station. Additional charging points are planned for Sant Mateu and Santa Agnès, bringing the total number to 18 by next year. For the full article, please visit Diario de Ibiza website here.
