A bus worker in Sant Antoni was trapped early this morning between the automatic doors of his vehicle. The incident occurred on Sant Agustí Avenue between 00:30 am and 01:30 am.
Civil Guard officers, Local Police, Ibiza Fire Brigade and a 061 emergency unit were deployed to the scene to assist the affected worker and ensure his release.
Sources from the Fire Brigade confirmed that it was not a workplace accident, although the situation required the presence of emergency services due to the entrapment caused by the blocked doors.
The worker was treated at the scene and, according to initial information, did not suffer serious injuries. Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
