The famous Turkish chef Nusret Gökçe, known worldwide as Salt Bae, landed in Ibiza on Tuesday aboard his private jet to attend a key meeting in the development of his exclusive real estate project, The N’Residences, located on Avinguda 8 d’Agost.

The meeting took place at 9 a.m. at the building site, which will feature 51 high-end homes and several commercial units for restaurants, including a steakhouse on the first floor that will bear the chef’s signature style.
Key figures from the project accompanied Salt Bae on his visit
Among those attending the meeting were key figures in the project, such as renowned restaurant designer Michele Bönan; Turkish partners Emre and Toygun; Inma and Adriana Ribas, from Ribas & Ribas Arquitectos, responsible for the architectural design; the technical team from Bovis of CBRE; executives from construction companies San José and Drace Geocisa; and well-known public relations expert Carlos Martorell.

During the visit, they inspected five floors under construction, the sales office, and the basement level — which includes parking and storage areas recently affected by flooding caused by the storm DANA Alice — as well as the spaces designated for the restaurant, whose interior design was one of the key topics of discussion.
One of the highlights of the visit was a conversation between Carlos Martorell and Nusret, during which the public relations expert emphasised the need to resolve the issue of unpleasant odours from the Llavanera stream, which affect not only the building but also the neighbouring Ibiza Gran Hotel.

The completion of this ambitious development is scheduled for the end of 2026.
