This is one of the most recognisable buildings on the island of Ibiza due to its construction and the colourful terraces.
Located on the Paseo Juan Carlos I, on the Marina Botafoc promenade in Ibiza, the building of the Las Boas has become one of the most luxurious residences in Ibiza. Designed by the Pritzker Prize winner Jean Nouvel, for a few years now it has been possible to rent some of its apartments to spend a dream vacation in Ibiza or to live in them all year round if the bank account allows it.

The facade of the building is shaped like an Italian theater. Nouvel was inspired by the tilting bleachers to achieve a building open to the sea and an effect of integration. Natural plants and flowers, designed by Patrick Blanc – a landscape designer and expert in vertical gardens – are entangled in the facade, in this colored steel lattice. The complex comprises 178 apartments, ranging in size from 80 to 200 square meters.
They are apartments for four and eight people. There are two-bedroom, three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments. They all have access to the huge infinity-edge pool, cinema, spa, gym and children’s play area. Art and design oriented, include high-end furnishings.

The average apartment for rent in Las Boas, the one with two bedrooms and 115 square meters is between 6,500 and 6,800 per month. In addition to the bedrooms, it has two bathrooms and a large terrace, like most of them.
