A woman from spanish nationality and 34 years old is located at serious condition in the ICU of the Can Misses Hospital after the man from whom she had separated a month ago and who is the father of her two children tried to murder her. The events occurred Sunday afternoon, when the aggressor, born in 1987 and Spanishstabbed him several times. The couple, who have two young children, one seven years old and the other a little older, had arranged to meet to talk, according to sources close to the investigation.
The woman went to the place where they had arranged to meet with her vehicle, which she left to talk to the man. At a certain point, he attempted to approach the woman, which she resisted and it was then that he stabbed her several times with a knife, according to the same sources. People from the victim’s entourage indicate that the man had not accepted the breakup and that he harassed the woman.
Also, that he used drugs and drank a lot and that some time before they split upthe situation worsened when the woman took the step of ending the relationship. After the stab wounds, which the victim received in the chest, neck and hand, the aggressor left and she started screaming for help. A neighbor overheard her and immediately contacted the National Police about 20.20 hours through 091.
Upon arrival, the agents plugged her wounds and assisted her until an ambulance of 061 arrived and attended her in situ. After being stabilized, the victim was transferred to Can Misses Hospital, where she was admitted directly to the Critical Care Unit (ICU), where she remains stable in serious condition, although her life is not in danger. When the agents arrived, it was the victim herself who explained that her ex-partner had stabbed her and fled the scene.

The child was crying in the house
Several patrols went to the family home, from where they could hear the crying of the young son, who was sobbing and asking them to open the door. The large police deployment and the presence of two ambulances alarmed the neighbors of the Vila neighborhood where the events occurred. When they entered the house, the police officers found that the child was fine and also that the stabbing victim had taken his own life.
It is, as this newspaper has been able to know, a well-known man in the environment of the popular races of the island, in which he participated assiduously. According to sources close to the investigation, the house was where the ex-couple lived and since the separation, they took turns living there with the children.
The Family and Women’s Care Unit (UFAM) of the National Police took over the investigation yesterday and verified that there were no previous complaints of abuse. The UFAM waited yesterday for the victim to be ready to take her statement at the hospital and also took statements from several witnesses at the police station. Minors, for its part, has already taken care of the two children.
