Forbes Travel Guide is the only independent global ratings index for luxury hotels, restaurants, spas and cruises. It rates more than 2,000 establishments in 81 countries each year based on objective quality standards, and takes into account service, facilities and the holistic experience, with special emphasis on the service provided by the staff.
