Accesos Ibiza, the construction company and concessionaire of the airport road, plans to begin early Tuesday morning, at the traffic circle known as the Ponderosa, “milling (removal of asphalt or road surface that is in poor condition) and replacement of the pavement of the trunk of the access highway” to the terminal “between kilometer points zero and 6.038”.
The company explains that, “if there are no impediments due to unfavorable weather conditions“work is starting now and is expected to be completed by the end of the year to be completed by March 15.
“As is logical,” the company points out, “the asphalting works will entail lane closures and detours on the highway which will be designed in the least harmful way possible for users, trying to recover the circulation of the affected sections as soon as possible”.
