King Charles III of England diagnosed with cancer

King Charles III of England has cancer. Buckingham Palace has so far declined to give further details about what type it is, but has ruled out that it is related to the prostate tests he underwent just a few days ago. “During the King’s recent hospital treatment for a benign enlargement of the prostate, another cause for concern was noted.
