The Escrapalia portal has put up for public auction 163,907 square meters of rustic land in the municipality of Santa Eularia, in Ibiza. Valued at 980,000 euros, you can bid for an initial starting price of 140,000 euros, which represents a discount of 85%, reports the website in a press release.
The land, located in Cala Llonga (Polígono 18, de la Font de Cala Llonga) is divided into three plots. All of them protected rustic and with agricultural use, and with a cadastral area of 54,030 square meters (51,022 of timber pine forest and 3,008 of unproductive) the first one; 82,717 square meters (79,249 of timber pine forest and 3,468 of unproductive) the second one, and 27,160 square meters (25,979 of timber pine forest and 1,181 of unproductive).

Bidding closes on October 15
The auction will remain open until October 15 at 12:30 pm. Any person, company or investor can participate after registering for free on the platform.
To bid it is necessary to a security deposit of 14,000 euros. This amount will be returned in case the participant is not awarded the auction. In the case of being the successful bidder, the deposit will be adjusted with the payment of the sales commission. To be the winning bidder, you must have placed the highest bid. Once the auction is over, the highest bidder will be notified via email.
The property comes from the company Celaya, Emparanza y Galdos Internacional, S.A., in bankruptcy liquidation proceedings before the Court of First Instance Number 7, and Commercial Court Number 1 of Vitoria-Gasteiz.
