Grupo Pacha joins forces with businessman Rosauro Varo to open a luxury club in the Andalusian city.

Sevillian businessman Rosauro Varo (vice-president of Prisa and director of Acciona Renovables, among others) and Grupo Pacha have joined forces to launch a luxury club to be located in Marbella, as Vanitatis reports.

Grupo Pacha and Rosauro Varo’s project

This business will be built in Laguna Village, a shopping center that burned down two years ago and is located between the municipalities of Marbella and neighboring Estepona. The aim is to give a new life to this business and turn it into a luxury tourist club. According to Vanitatis, the company that has been created to carry out the project is called Playa Padrón Estepona SL, with a share capital of 2 million euros.

The land on which the club will be built has 13,000 square meters on the coast. It will have different leisure areas, such as a nautical club, beach club, kid paradise, restaurants, shopping area…

It is expected to open in 2023.
