The Club Diario de Ibiza has opened Un passeig per ses Salines (A Walk Through Ses Salines), a photography exhibition by Rafa Domínguez and Sebas Candela featuring 24 images captured in Ibiza’s Ses Salines Natural Park since 2020.
The photographs were selected from thousands of images taken by the two photographers and offer an intimate look at the wildlife and landscapes of one of Ibiza’s most distinctive natural areas.

From the 2024 book to a new selection of photographs
The exhibition builds on the photographers’ work for the book of the same name, published in 2024, while also introducing a selection of previously unpublished photographs taken more recently.
Among the images on display are some striking encounters with the park’s wildlife: a booted eagle surrounded by starlings, flamingos engaged in their courtship display, and a grey heron being chased by a black-winged stilt.
The exhibition also turns its attention to some of the smaller and more familiar inhabitants of the Pitiusan landscape, including Ibiza wall lizards and rabbits.

A different way of looking at Ses Salines
Beyond documenting the wildlife of the natural park, Un passeig per ses Salines invites visitors to look at this protected landscape from a different perspective, highlighting an environment that is under significant pressure from human activity.
The exhibition offers both visitors and residents an opportunity to discover some of the lesser-seen moments of Ses Salines, capturing its wildlife and natural surroundings through the photographers’ lens.
Un passeig per ses Salines will remain on display at Club Diario de Ibiza until October 14. The exhibition is open Monday to Friday from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm, except on public holidays.
