Portside returns this Friday for a free night of international electronic music
Ibiza’s iconic port is getting ready to dance again. The second Portside event of the year will take place this Friday from 6 PM to midnight, bringing a free open-air celebration of electronic music to Ibiza Town’s port.
With free entry and a lineup featuring some of the most recognisable names on the international electronic scene, the event will bring together house, Afro house, techno and electronic sounds in one of Ibiza’s most emblematic settings.
The lineup is led by Mahmut Orhan and Major League DJz, two artists who have become familiar faces on Ibiza’s electronic music scene. They will be joined by Melanie Ribbe B2B Manu Gonzalez and Andrea Lane, creating a diverse musical journey designed to keep the crowd moving throughout the evening.
Portside returns after a successful June edition
The new edition follows the success of the Portside party held in June, which attracted thousands of people to Ibiza’s port and reinforced the event’s growing appeal.
Portside returns with its open and inclusive spirit, welcoming both Ibiza residents and visitors while placing the island and its unique atmosphere firmly at the centre of the experience.
The event offers another opportunity to enjoy international electronic music in an iconic Ibiza setting, without the usual barriers associated with major club events.
Major League DJz lead ‘Echoes of Tomorrow’ later in the night
The music will continue from 11:30 PM with the ‘Echoes of Tomorrow’ residency, led by Major League DJz.
The South African duo will be joined by Mahmut Orhan, Alan Dixon and Niiomi, extending the night with a second wave of electronic sounds as Portside moves deeper into its late-night programme.
With free admission, an international lineup and the backdrop of Ibiza Port, Friday’s Portside edition is set to bring another major dose of electronic music to the heart of Ibiza Town.
