This is how much it costs to buy a standard 80 square meter apartment in Santa Eulària

The housing market in Santa Eulària has recorded the highest second-hand property prices in the Balearic Islands, reaching €8,677 per square metre in August, according to Fotocasa. This figure surpasses Ibiza city and other luxury areas such as Andratx and Sant Josep de sa Talaia, placing an 80 m² flat at around €694,160, well above the regional average of €413,475. Across the Balearics, prices have risen 17.3% in the past year and nearly 180% over the last decade, making it the most expensive region in Spain, ahead of Madrid and the Basque Country. Analysts link the surge to an imbalance between demand and supply, particularly acute in Santa Eulària, where limited land, combined with strong tourist and residential appeal, has consolidated its position as a luxury enclave, leaving housing increasingly out of reach for local residents.
