Spend a few days of rest in a villa in Ibiza this Easter is within the reach of only a few: rich and multimillionaires. And, on this island, having certain comforts in a vacation home is expensive. The tourist rental portal Airbnb has an exclusive section for luxury mansions and, if we filter with the dates of Easter, from April 14 to 20, there are only seven of them available. Prices range from between €2,000 and €9,900 per night.
The most expensive rentals in Ibiza
In the area of Sant Jordi you can find Villa Roca, considered the most luxurious and exclusive villa in Ibiza by the readers of the international publication Conde Nast Traveller and voted one of the most fabulous villas in the world in Harper’s Bazaar magazine. Its price for the full Easter week is 59,400 euros.
The mansion has eight double rooms and is prepared to accommodate up to 16 guests. It is built on its own mountain with no nearby neighbors and the rental includes seven service staff “to attend to your every wish”from chef to 24-hour butlers, describes the platform’s advertisement.
The house has panoramic views of the old town of Ibiza, the beaches of ses Salines and es Codolar and the island of Formentera. It also has a large 32-meter pool with waterfalls, a floating cabana, spa or infrared detox sauna, among other services.
Another of the villas available for these dates is a mansion located in esJondal. The villa has 14 bedrooms and spacious indoor and outdoor areas perfect for a luxury getaway with friends or a family vacation. The total price for this week is 57,370 euroswith a price of 8,606 euros per night.
The property features manicured tropical gardens, several terrace areas with Balinese beds, a private massage hut, two swimming pools, two industrial and two regular kitchens, outdoor bar, outdoor dining areas and gym, private club and parking for ten cars.
According to the advertisement “the attention is similar to that of a luxury hotel, and the facilities and options are endless”. The property rental comes with five full-time employees who live on the premises and work eight hours a day and six days a week, including the cook, housekeeping, night security guard, and pool and garden maintenance.
The third most expensive accommodation to spend this vacation is a three-bedroom townhouse in Sant Joanmanaged by Six Senses. The residence, as the ad explains, is perfectly equipped for up to six guests and has private parking for two cars.
Each bedroom has its own bathroom, with a bathtub in the master suite. It also has a private garden, swimming pool and outdoor area to relax and enjoy the Ibizan sun.
The price per night is €8,200 and for the whole week you have to pay a total of 48,964 euros.
Other options offered for this Easter on the tourist rental platform are a villa in esJondal for 33,000 euros a week or 5,500 euros a night: another mansion near Cala Llentia for 19,764 euros a week or 3,294 euros a night; a house located high on the cliff above the bay of es Torrent with a price of 12,146 a week or 1,966 euros a night and another in Santa Eulària for a price of 15,084 euros a week and 2,514 euros a night.
