French DJ David Guetta, world-renowned for his musical hits and his presence in the electronic music scene, has established a solid relationship with the island of Ibiza over the years. His residency at Ushuaïa Ibiza nightclub has become an emblematic event, attracting crowds of fans and consolidating his position as one of the most influential artists on the island.
From June 3 to October 7, 2024, David Guetta will once again be the king of the dance floor at Ushuaïa Ibiza with his show ‘F *** me, I’m famous! By David Guetta’. Guetta’s million-dollar business outside the music business
David Guetta has decided to enter the real estate business with the launching of a luxury villa rental company in Ibiza : Guetta Homes. The houses, located in different parts of the island, are only within reach of a few pockets. Prices range from 20,000 to 157,000 euros per week.

Sa Calma is a house of 1,200 square meters on three levels. Located in the exclusive enclave of Vista Alegre, the villa has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms. The main floor has a double height living room, kitchen, terraces, porches and a 50 meter long swimming pool, along with a separate professional kitchen. Upstairs, there is the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms, while all other suites are located on the garden level. Another of the houses is Can Enjoythe villa is somewhat smaller: four bedrooms and seven bathrooms. According to the Guetta Homes website, the villa offers total peace and relaxation with views of nature and the sea and even Formentera. It is built on three levels, and has, among other things, parking for six cars, a private cinema or a gym. It is rented between 44,840 euros and 56,050 euros per week.
