Five days to celebrate Yoga Day in Ibiza

Celebrate Yoga Day in all the municipalities of Ibiza. This is the objective of the third edition of the ‘Ibiza Yoga Week‘, organized by the health and wellness product club of Formento del Turismo.

The activities begin this Monday in Vila (9 am, bastion of Santa Llúcia) with a morning class in the historic center. At the same time is the appointment on Tuesday in Sant Josep, in Cala Vedella, where in addition to a session of this discipline attendees can choose between one of three activities at sea: a ride on a llaüt, a paddle surfing excursion or a yoga class on a paddle surf board.

The session in Santa Eulària, on Wednesday, will be at five in the afternoon in Cala Martina: kayak route, yoga class on table and session on the sand of the beach. There are not many details of the activity in Sant Joan (Thursday, 6 pm) beyond a visit to the Cova de Can Marçà and a “unique experience”.

On Friday, which is when Yoga Day is commemorated, the initiative comes to Sant Antoni, with a special session with the sunset, at eight o’clock in the evening at sa Punta des Molí, which will begin with warm-ups and floor postures, followed by sequences, ecstatic yoga dance and a final shavasana. The money raised will go to Ibiza Preservation. To participate it is essential to sign up at ibizahealthandbeauty.com.
