Located in a spectacular setting, in Santa Cruz street, in Dalt Vila, there is a restaurant that has accumulated quite a few bad reviews from some of the customers who have visited it.
One of them considers that the only good thing about the place is its decorationin addition to waiting 45 minutes for a starter, they brought a bottle of white wine to the table that was not the one they had ordered and that cost twice as much as requested. For this and other details they qualify it in Tripadvisor as “the worst restaurant in Ibiza”.
Another diner explains, “What spoiled our dinner was the bad atmosphere between waiters which the manager didn’t bother to disguise. He grumbled, snorted and mumbled every time he approached the tables after one of the younger waiters (of whom we have no complaints) had passed by. There are better places, since you’re going to pay half a kidney anyway, choose another one”.
The bad service and the delay in serving the dishes is one of the most common complaints among customers. “Since they took the order, it took them about 1 hour to serve us 2 disappointing dishes. Let’s see if we put local people to work instead of the foreign handsome people that are more concerned with picking up girls who pass by on the street than waiting tables, and the service may improve significantly,” writes one of them.
Another points to the wine pricesthe price of wine in Ibiza’s restaurants makes me feel bad already. In this case 30 euros for a bottle that I know is worth 6, hotel price (I am a sommelier), in general a shameful wine list”.
