The new christmas gift to 650 of Othman Ktiri’s employees, CEO and founder of the car sales and rental company OK Mobility with employees on Ibiza, once again reached 1 million euros, but on this occasion in kind and not in cash: a cultural voucher worth 500 euros; a scooter valued at 800 euros; and a healthy living fund worth another 150,000 euros.

On December 17th of last year the entrepreneur surprised his workers with a raffle in which they were all lucky winners in a very American-style event held in the Son Moix Stadium. The event was attended by part of the company’s staff, while the other part was connected via streaming, last Friday, December 16th, during the celebration of the company’s OK Team Day at the Palacio de Congresos, the employer wanted to reward his employees once again for their “involvement, dedication and loyalty” after the audiovisiual projection which the staff dedicated to him, titled ‘Othman, thanks a million’.
“Just as I am about to start speaking, the team surprises me with a magnificent audiovisual and testimonial gift with which it was impossible to hold back my tears of emotion…“, recounts the entrepreneur. “I tried to pull myself together to share a few words with all of them and after a brief review of OK Mobility’s major milestones in 2022, it was my turn to surprise them. And to thank them for their involvement, their dedication and their loyalty, I wanted to direct my gift to each of the 650 members of the OK family on their well-being, their culture and their freedom of movement“
On this occasion, instead of the company’s social networds it was the employees of Ok Mobility who spread the word about the businessman’s Christmas gift. Last year, Othman Ktiri’s gesture, in the midst of the covid crisis, became national news
The car rental company run by the businessman born in Casablanca in 1979 with Agricultural Engineer training, has obtained from January to July 2022 a net operating profit (EBIT) of 33.2 million euros, which is double that obtained during the same period of 2021. The rental company is the national leader in profitability in its sector and has sites in ten European countries: Spain, Portugal, Italy, Germany, France, Greece, Malta, Croatia, Serbia and Montenegro.
During 2022, OK Yachts, the division of the group servicing nautical charters became a majority shareholder of eBoats Experience S.L., Mallorquin shipyard of electric boats located at Felanitx, by acquiring 56% of the shares and after a capital injection of 750.000 euros to boost the growth of the project driven by Marc Balaguer.
Last November the Othman Ktiri Foundation gave 100,000 euros to eleven social entities in Mallorca at an event held at the can Balaguer cultural center in Palma and was attended by the President of the Govern, Francina Armengol.
