The Nobu Hosbitality brand restaurant opens its doors on the rooftop of the Teranka Formentera hotel. The hotel and restaurant was founded by the actor Robert de Niro, Nobu Matsuhisa and Meir Teper.
The restaurant joins the gastronomic circuit of the smaller Pitiusa in the heart of the island.
The menu includes a selection of tartares, ceviches, nigiris and sashimis, as well as a selection of Sushi Maki.
Nobu: Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences
This is a very exclusive offering based on Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences, also featuring the best meats such as Peruvian-style rib-eye steak and Japanese Wagyu beef tacos, among others, according to the gastronomic establishment.
The dessert menu has options such as Nobu cheesecake, chocolate fondant with matcha ice cream and chocolate brûlée with milk and miso.
The rooftop restaurant of at Teranka also has a lounge bar, where you can enjoy a variety of cocktails, fine wines and the best Japanese sake in a space with live DJ music.
Hotel Teranka, near Migjorn beach, is a 35-room boutique hotel, which will feature a Nobu summer pop-up as well as the Vert Mer restaurant, run by chefs Juan Martín and Emmanuel Renaut.
