Opened in 2015 by Maximiliano D´Andrea in the image and likeness of his original restaurant in the centre of Milan, El Carnicero was born with the vocation of becoming a benchmark for lovers of meat and for lovers of Ibizan nightlife, as dining at El Carnicero covers everything you would expect from an evening on the White Isle.

El Carnicero above all else is a restaurant focused on premium products cooked over open flames. The cooking is unfussy and unpretentious, with a firm focus purely on the excellent raw materials. Obviously, being specialised in meat, you will naturally find the best selection of meat in the world; European, national or American steaks, Argentinian Rib Eye, T-Bone from Australia, bottom sirloin from the USA, aged Tomahawk beef, Wagyu from Kagoshima, Japan, Uruguayan entrecôte… all grilled, in a pure state, by international chef Emanuel Gentili. «We have picked the best meat from the entire planet. Our only requirement is that they are the best cuts,» he assures us.
