Stormy seas ahead: Ibiza and Formentera on yellow alert for rough conditions

The Aemet activates the yellow risk for two days in the Pitiusas by coastal phenomena

The State Meteorological Agency (Aemet) has activated the yellow alert for coastal phenomena for two days in the PItiusas. The Aemet forecasts waves of up to two metres due to wind and north swell this Tuesday and north wind of 40 and 50km/h force 6 for Wednesday.

The yellow risk will remain active from 7 a.m. to 4.59 p.m. this Tuesday and from 2 a.m. to 11.59 a.m. on Wednesday.

The weather forecast for this Tuesday in Ibiza and Formentera is of little cloudy sky with some interval of high clouds. Temperatures with little change, or falling daytime temperatures. Wind from the north and northwest, which will turn west in Pitiusas in the afternoon with coastal breezes.

The minimum and maximum temperatures for this Tuesday will be 15 and 23 degrees.
