The Local Police of Sant Antoni has dismantled this weekend an illegal settlement in the area of sa Talaia, according to the Sant Antoni Town Hall in a press release.
The agents, according to the note, received a tip from a citizen and went to the indicated enclave, where they found a tent, kitchen utensils, chairs, clothes and fans, which were removed by the municipal cleaning service.
Although in this first intervention the occupant was not present, after the investigations carried out, the Local Police managed to locate him and, subsequently, they reported him for an infraction to the municipal ordinance of measures to promote and guarantee coexistence.
In recent years several actions have been carried out to dismantle these illegal points that pose a high risk of fire forest fire and a negative impact on the environment due to the accumulation of residues.
