Next Sunday, March 5th, the Associació de DJs i Productors d’ Eivissa i Formentera (Dipef) will join forces with the promoter Pareidolia and Las Dalias in a charity event for to help the victims of the syria and Turkey earthquakes. Under the slogan ‘Helping hands, happy faces’the event will be held at las Dalias garden starting at 12 noon.
The money raised from donations, ten percent of what is collected at the garden bar and 100 percent of what is paid at the door at the party, which will be held at the Akasha club from 7 p.m., will be given to the Emergency Committee, created in 2015 by the NGOs Aldeas Infantiles SOS, Educo, Doctors of the World, Oxfam Intermón, Plan International and World Vision.
Dipef collaborates with the initiative through the altruistic participation of a group of associateswho will play for free at the event promoted by the music promoter Pareidolia. The participating djs are Angie O, Cris 44, Ernesto Altés, Gaya Brisa, Karuna, Igor Marijuan, Mina, Rayco Santos, Sena and Valentín Huedo.
In parallel, Dipef will hold on Sunday in Las Dalias a meeting of members and collaborators to present the actions implemented by the association since its official constitution last December. Three months in which
The association of djs has carried to completion a round of meetings with representatives of the Consell de Eivissa, the town councils and the business sector to formally present the association, to present its objectives and work plan and to establish collaboration links.
