Ibiza celebrated the 25th anniversary of its designation as a World Heritage City with a candlelit concert of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons at its cathedral, a historic venue in Dalt Vila. Organised by the Ibiza City Council and the Group of World Heritage Cities of Spain (GCPHE), the event marked the first collaboration with Fever, the creators of the Candlelight series aimed at making classical music more accessible. The performance featured a local string quartet, including musicians linked to the Orquestra Simfònica Ciutat d’Eivissa, and created an intimate atmosphere with over 5,000 LED candles. The packed audience gave an enthusiastic response, with the musicians receiving accolades from local dignitaries and offering an encore of Winter.
