The constitution of the new town councils this Saturday has slightly shortened the cultural and leisure agendas for the weekend, in which the municipalities always have a lot to say.
Much of current affairs will be marked by the Ibiza Pride 2023 especially for the drag queens gala held on Friday at the monument to the corsairs and the traditional Gay Pride march, with final party on Saturday at the port.
In music there are two very different proposals and both on Friday, the concert of Marta Sánchez within the cycle ‘Children of the 80’s’ and that of the ukrainian harpist Alina Bzhezhinska at the Micus de Jesus Space, in solidarity with the Ukrainian people.
Lovers of urban art have an unmissable appointment with the second edition of Art on Trucks at Antoni Albert i Nieto square in Vila on Saturday and Sunday, where some of the best Spanish graffiti artists of the moment will paint on trucks, among other activities.
In addition, the Mediterranean Triad returns on Friday to the Archaeological Museum of Eivissa, with a conference and wine tasting, on this occasion. Ibizan writers Bernat Joan i Marí and Bartomeu Ribes present their new books at Can Ventosa on Thursday and Friday. And Can Jeroni has programmed two films of the Mostra de Cine Africà of Sant Josep friday and Saturday.
