Defected returns to Pacha Ibiza for the 2025 season. After thirteen years of absence, the well-known party will kick off the season on May 8 and will not say goodbye until October 2. According to the club, “the label will bring its talented cast of artists and capture the unique magic of Ibiza, with very special guests throughout the season”.
Present on the Ibiza scene since 2000, after its absence, the residency arrives with the promise to surprise house lovers. “It leaves behind the daytime format and festival style to back to the essence of Ibiza nights and its unforgettable adventures until dawn”, explain from Pacha.
“Defected’s history with Pacha is one of the most iconic chapters of our journey. Returning to this legendary club feels like coming home. Pacha’s legacy and passion are a perfect fit with Defected’s philosophy, and we are excited to return to this world-renowned venue. Ibiza has always been a special place for us, and this new chapter promises to be unforgettable. House is Home,” said Wez Saunders, CEO of Defected.
This return to Pacha Ibiza is a key moment for both the label and the club, as their history together dates back to the early 2000s. Between 2005 and 2012, Defected made Pacha its home in Ibiza, and now returns for a 22-week stint of “pure energy” at one of the world’s most iconic clubs.
“Pacha Ibiza has always been at the forefront of electronic culture, and Defected is its ultimate expression. Their return to Pacha Ibiza marks the resurgence of a relationship that defined a decade of epic parties. Together, we are poised to deliver an unparalleled experience that redefines the way music is experienced on the White Isle,” said Aloki Batra, CEO of The Pacha Group.
With the line-up for the 2025 season still to be announced, attendees can expect a varied line-up with the best in house music, following in the footsteps of Defected’s flagship festivals in Croatia and Malta. From its most iconic residents to up-and-comers, the new season will reaffirm Defected’s commitment to diversity and innovation within the electronic music culture, all under its unmistakable house essence.
