The EPIC-EL PI coalition has announced in a press release that the characters Bert and Ernie will participate in the next electoral campaign for the municipal and regional elections on 28 May.
From the party details that among the different actions they are going to carry out are: to support the candidatures for the municipalities, Island Council and Balearic Parliament; to spread the slogans of the electoral campaign, such as “what is collected in Ibiza, stays in Ibiza”, slogan of the candidacy for the Balearic Parliament, headed by Toni Villalonga; to publicize the electoral program of EPIC-EL PI, which can be visited on the web www.mcepic.org and to provide a note of originality and humor to the electoral process.
“From EPIC-EL PI, we consider that Bert and Ernie can transmit the main electoral proposals with sympathy and closeness to an audience accustomed to conventional political leaders”, indicate from the party.
